Fisher-Price 4-in-1 Sling 'N Seat Baby Tub, Pacific Pebble
Our verdict
The Sling 'N Seat is the tub most parents end up recommending because it solves the problem every other tub has: the gap between 'too small for the newborn' and 'big enough for the sitter.' The fabric sling takes the infant stage gently, then removes to reveal the toddler seat beneath it.
- Four stages from newborn recline to toddler seat
- Sling unhooks and dries flat
- Drain plug in the actual floor of the tub
- Two toys included — the ones babies actually hold
Best for
- Babies from the first home bath through the standing toddler stage
- Parents who want one purchase instead of three stages of plastic
- Second bathrooms where the tub has to work in a sink too
Keep in mind
- The sling is the point: wash it and hang it after every few baths, or the softness suffers.
- It is a tub for controlled environments — for travel, a folding model is easier.
- At the toddler stage it is roomy; at the newborn stage it is meant to be used with the sling, never without.
